Chris DiMascio is a senior advisor that operates at the intersection of engineering, operations, and business strategy.

He has broad operations experience and a background from the FTSE 100. Chris brings a firsthand, realistic view to strategy development and has successfully translated his global experience to the dynamics of small- and medium-sized manufacturers. Chris helps leaders define a clear vision for the business and develop realistic, time-bound tactics to make that vision a reality.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in engineering and operations across multiple industries. He has managed operations ranging from $5M to $500M and established a reputation for strategic thinking and execution, engaging stakeholders, improving manufacturing efficiencies, and coaching and developing operations and manufacturing personnel

He has championed the development, construction and start-up of several green field manufacturing sites and led the consolidation analysis for multiple sites across Europe and Asia.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Penn State University along with an Executive Strategic Planning certificate from Booth Business School at the University of Chicago and executive training at the London School of Business.
