Mr. Glassman has significant C-Suite financial and operating experience in both public and private companies. He specializes in aligning organizations with its strategic and operating objectives and driving results through a collaborative, team-based approach. He is recognized for leading cross-functional teams, establishing strong governance programs, managing change, and executing large scale initiatives, and is especially adept at financial and risk management.
As chief administrative officer of Brandywine Global Investment Management (a multi-boutique investment management firm with $70 billion in assets under management) Mr. Glassman oversees all administrative, financial, operational, and technology functions and serves on the Firm’s Global Management and Compliance Committees and on its International boards. During his tenure, the Firm has tripled AUM, expanded globally, and transitioned its operating model to meet evolving industry and regulatory challenges.
Previously, Mr. Glassman served as President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, and board member of ImageMax, Inc., a national, publicly held document management services company, where he led a major financial and organizational restructuring and the transformation of the firm’s strategy to digital and web-based technologies and solutions. Mr. Glassman began his career as an auditor with Deloitte & Touche and also held financial and management positions at Right Management Consultants, an internationally held career transition and consulting firm.
Mr. Glassman is a graduate of Temple University (B.A. in Accounting), is a certified public accountant (PA), and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
