Aligning brands and cultures to unleash organizational purpose and performance

Mark Iorio is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, and culture-branding expert with more than four decades of experience building companies, advising executives, and helping organizations align their internal culture with their external brand promise.

Mark began his career in 1979 at GTE Sylvania, where he earned three promotions before departing in 1983. He then joined a Philadelphia-based firm as a sales representative and quickly became the #2 salesperson in the organization. Under his leadership, the firm grew to 85 employees and more than $11.5 million in annual revenue, leading to a successful exit in 2017.

Beginning in the early 2000s, Mark expanded his work into internal branding and organizational culture, partnering with companies across the United States. Over the years, he has worked with more than 200 organizations, generating $5–6 million in consulting revenue and helping companies build strong, aligned cultures that support sustainable performance and growth. Mark continues to lead and innovate in this space today.

In 2000, Mark invested in one of the earliest photo-sharing technology companies for feature phones. He opened doors at the highest levels of Qualcomm and Verizon, helping grow the company to $28 million in revenue while serving on its board for seven years.

Mark is also the Co-Founder of Vinea, a continuing medical education app that enables clinicians to search, book, and track CME content through micro-learning, serial learning, and reflective-based learning.
