OutReach

The OutReach Committee is responsible for the planning and executing meetings with channels to spread ELAB’s awareness into the Mid-Atlantic region. This may include content creation, awareness building and prospect nurturing for both channel organizations and companies. The goal is to teach the value and ELAB’s vision to help small-mid-market companies benefit from establishing the Advisory Boards

Growth Company Catalyst

Growth Company Catalyst is a unique event that brings together a Founder/CEO and a group of ELAB Advisors with relevant business and industry experience.   The objective is an informed two-hour session of strategic discussion, suggestions, and feedback on the topics of interest to the Founder/CEO and his/her business. 

This insightful session provides an excellent opportunity to “test drive” the value of Advisors and to identify ELAB members that may be a good match (personality, knowledge, experience).

For qualifying businesses, Growth Company Catalyst is a zero-cost event that provides strategic insights and a personalized networking opportunity for the CEO/Founder.  There is no cost and no commitment beyond the event.

Programs Committee

The Programs Committee is responsible for the planning and execution of the ELAB’s programming calendar.  This committee is led by the Programs Chair, who is also a member of the ELAB Board and works with other Committee Chairs and Board members to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and goals of the organization.  The Programs Committee offers opportunity to develop enriching relationships with committee members, speakers, and prospects, with a wide area of expertise and experiences.
