Perry is a CEO, President, and CIO with a record of transforming & energizing global organizations; Perry has been in leadership positions and running companies for close to 25 years. As a servant leader, Perry inspires others to achieve superior results through trust and integrity.

Perry combines a deep technology foundation with broad expertise across global P&L management, operations, and experience in the pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing, specialty chemicals, and technology industries spanning startups to multibillion-dollar organizations.

Most recently, Perry served as Chief Executive Officer at CRC Industries. He rebuilt and transformed sales and marketing, reversing declining organic growth. Perry also established a digital presence to enhance the customer experience, implemented a global ERP platform, and made environmental sustainability and social responsibility a strategic priority.

Previously, as Colorcon’s President, Americas, Perry reversed a declining sales trend, improved profitability, and implemented a diversified go-to-market strategy focused on high-growth, less penetrated end markets. He also served as Colorcon’s Global Chief Information Officer, where he created a competitive advantage with a unified global IT framework and digital enablement.
Perry was also a partner leading the startup TM1 Software, where he enhanced and rebranded the product and implemented a new go-to-market model resulting in 300% year over year growth.
Perry enjoys giving to local communities as a youth sports commissioner and foundation fundraiser.
