Kimmel has 25 years in the VC industry with a track record of identifying and backing innovative companies across the tech, gaming, and sports betting industries. 16 investments have been acquired by top companies such as SeamlessWeb (sold to Aramark and now public as GrubHub), Take Care Health Systems (sold to Walgreens and became their healthcare clinics), NutriSystem, VSiN – The Sports Betting Media Network (sold to DraftKings), Vigtory (sold to FuboTV) and C360 (Pylon Cam company sold to Cosm). Kimmel also sold companies to Intel, IBM, and Yahoo.
Kimmel is the author of Six Degrees of Wayne Kimmel, a book that shares the practical secrets of networking and relationship-building for success in business and life. He hosts the SeventySix Capital Sports Leadership Show, a digital series that brings together top leaders in sports, and regularly speaks at industry events and conferences.
Kimmel chairs the SeventySix Capital Sports Advisory, a sports consulting agency comprised of experts who work with sports executives, leagues, family offices, and athletes to bring emerging innovations and technology to the sports world.
