Alan Rihm has just under 30 years of entrepreneurship, CEO leadership, and business strategy in Internet, Ecommerce, and Cloud software and services. Most recently Co-Founder and CEO at Fall Forward, a Venture Studio focused on empowering entrepreneurs and CEOs to launch groundbreaking SaaS and App companies that tackle big problems, disrupt industries, and inspire customers.
Prior to Fall Forward, Alan founded CoreDial (2005), a leading Unified Communications as-a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as-a Service (CCaaS) provider with more than 1,000 channel partners, and over 30,000 businesses on the platform, he led the efforts to drive significant organic and inorganic growth, raised $27.5M in PE funding, and integrated two acquisitions before selling the business for a nine-digit exit. Alan has been instrumental in establishing and building ″best places to work″ cultures that attract and retain top talent in each of his companies.
Prior to CoreDial, he founded an Internet Services Provider, an E-Commerce Application Services Provider, and a Customer Relationship Management platform (2002).
Alan is a Mentor with Mentor Connect (organized by Ben Franklin and PACT), on the Ben Franklin IT ERC review committee, and a Board Advisor of the Cloud Communications Alliance (CCA). He was also the 2015 Tech EY Entrepreneur Of The Year winner (PHL), and graduated from Drexel University.
