I led a NASDAQ-listed bank holding company through asset growth from $480 million to $1.3 billion and a $285 million strategic sale. I also oversaw $500 million in annual revenue as Executive VP and Division President at U.S. Bank. Earlier, as a CPA and auditor with Ernst & Young, I built a foundation in financial operations and governance that continues to inform my work.
