She has held multiple executive leadership roles spanning all aspects of client engagement, software development, quality, and delivery for both software and service-based companies. Erica has held leadership roles in private and public companies ranging from $15M – $250M in revenue.  She has executed multiple mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and exits with venture capital and private equity backed firms.

As the Chief Experience Officer at Greenphire, Erica led the Operational and Customer success teams of this fast-growing healthcare and financial technology company, providing clinical trial payment solutions. She scaled this business through global expansion resulting substantial YOY revenue and EBIDA growth resulting in a successful exit to Thoma Bravo.

Prior to that, Erica was the key operational executive representing Health Market Science through the Due diligence and ultimate acquisition by Lexis Nexis.  After which she led the Operations and Delivery teams for the Healthcare division of Lexis Nexis Risk solutions. Erica was responsible for integrating the operations and delivery teams of 4 companies into the Healthcare Operations division of Lexis Nexis Risk Solution.
