Francesca is a transformational global executive and six-time CHRO. Her differentiated and diverse experience ranges from public companies with extensive international operations (Adobe, eBay, GE) to smaller entrepreneurial enterprises under various ownership structures including Private Equity. Her thirty-year career has spanned a wide variety of sectors including SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, as well as financial and professional services.
Francesca has lead organizations through multiple transactions, built credible, strong relationships with multiple leadership teams, and has had a lasting impact on employee engagement. She has a proven track record of delivering shareholder value through talent, having prepared companies for three successful exits, including an IPO.
Francesca is currently an independent consultant, focused on strategic Human Resources Advisory work.
Francesca has worked with both private and public company Boards. She has worked especially closely with Compensation Committees on strategic matters including standing up short and long-term incentive programs.
Francesca focuses on giving back to her community and has served on several non-profit boards. She has a long history of dedicated volunteer service with a special passion for organizations that address homelessness, food insecurity, and education. She is a Trustee of the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Villanova, PA, serving on the Risk and Compliance Committee. Francesca is the Chair of the Stewardship Council of St. Thomas of Villanova Parish also in Villanova. Francesca holds a BA from Hofstra University and a MS from The New School in Human Resources Management.
