Karen Buck is a board director, senior advisor, and former C-suite executive with over 30 years of experience helping business leaders scale organizations, strengthen governance, and navigate periods of growth, operational change, and transformation. She currently serves as Lead Independent Director of Edmund Optics, a global manufacturing company, and advises technology and services firms including ActiveOps and CloudWorks on growth strategy, operational effectiveness, and organizational scaling.

Her executive career included senior leadership roles at TD Bank, Flagstar Bank, and EagleBank, where she led enterprise operations, strategy development and execution, digital modernization initiatives, and multiple acquisitions and integrations. She worked closely with CEOs and executive teams to define strategic priorities, align operating models with business objectives, and strengthen infrastructure to support sustainable growth. Her leadership spanned enterprise operations, technology transformation, strategic planning, and risk and control environments across complex organizations.
