Seasoned Manufacturing Financial Executive with Deep Operational Experience
Mike has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing industries with primary focus in finance, sales and supply chain responsibilities. Most recently Mike was Co-Owner and President of Byrne Chiarlone LP which consisted of William A. Schmidt , an ASME Metal Fabrication business, Engineered Resin Solutions, a Epoxy Coating Service business, and Wagner Machine, a CNC Machine Shop. Schmidt was purchased in 2008, Engineered Resin Solutions was started in 2010 and Wagner was purchased in 2015 and all three companies were operating in a financial/growth efficient manner before all three businesses were sold in late 2024. Mike was responsible for Top Lines Sales, Supply Chain and Financial Departments as well as overall Strategy/Growth Plans. Prior to Byrne Chiarlone, Mike ascended thru multiple positions (Purchasing, General Manager and Chief Financial Officer at Inolex Chemical Company, a Specialty Chemical Manufacturer which culminated into the role of President from 2004 to 2008. During Mike’s time as President the Company achieved substantial Sales and Profitability Growth while also successfully solving an over leveraged debt situation.
