Rich Rowe continues to build on a successful leadership career in the global specialty chemical and materials industry. He has a demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth through impactful strategy development and execution, a keen external orientation coupled with a commitment to talent attraction and development.

In 2022, Rowe launched RPR Global Solutions, LLC, an advisory company serving public, private and private equity owned companies. Prior to launching his advisory company, Rich was President and CEO for Arkema Inc, the North American subsidiary of a global specialty chemical and materials company headquarter in Europe.  Leading up to the CEO role, Rowe led global business units serving industries including adhesives, HVAC, building & construction and transportation in Europe, Asia (Japan, Korea, China, India) and North America.  

His experience includes catalyzing and overseeing multiple transformative initiatives, including:

  • Portfolio transformation, including 10 M&A projects between $40M and $1.6B
  • Talent attraction, development and retention
  • Commercial Excellence:  Establishing a stronger, externally oriented culture which included a strategic account process with Executive Sponsorship
  • Leading safety performance, formally recognized by industry associations
  • Digital transformation across multiple functions
  • Advocacy impact with elected officials, industry associations and local communities

Rich is a Certified Board Director and member of the National Association of Certified Directors. He has served on several industry association boards, joint venture and subsidiary boards and currently holds the following board positions:

  • Non-Executive Board Chair, Matrix Adhesives Group

  • Vice-President, Club Longboat Beach & Tennis Association

Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University, he attended the Darden School of Business’s General Management Program, Harvard Business School Negotiation Strategy seminar and MIT’s Executive Education course on Artificial Intelligence and Impact on Business Strategy.
