Steve retired from Day & Zimmermann (D&Z) in 2023 as President of their Government Services Business. Prior to that he was VP Corporate Development/Strategy for D&Z. D&Z specializes in construction & engineering, staffing and defense. His resume also includes being the CFO of Unirisx LLC, a multinational SAAS provider in insurance; CFO, COO, President and CEO of Acsis, Inc, a global software company connecting people, devices, and supply chains and CFO and COO of Checkpoint Systems Inc, an international supplier of radio frequency-based retail security solutions. Steve serves/served on 5 boards in distinctly different industries inclusive of for profit and non-profit organizations. Steve is skilled at developing strategic plans, finance, operations, and M&A. He has built and lead high performance multinational teams, uniting parties on mission. He has promoted an entrepreneurial approach to building corporate vale, market share and customer loyalty.
