Mr. Morgan is responsible for Enterprise Solutions at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His responsibilities include management of Enterprise Systems, Portfolio Management of Clinical, Research and Business Systems, Business Relationship Management, Surgery Informatics, Human Resources and Employee Health Services Technology. Prior to joining Memorial Sloan Kettering, Mr. Morgan served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources at the NASDAQ. Before joining NASDAQ, Mr. Morgan was Executive Vice President Technology and Operations, Chief Information Officer at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. (PHLX) with responsibility for the Exchange’s Technology Division and Exchange Market Operations. During his tenure at the PHLX, Mr. Morgan served in various technical and managerial positions including Project Manager, Group Manager, Assistant Vice President and Vice President.
Mr. Morgan has over 30 years of experience in technology, operations and Human Resources. He has received numerous awards for his work including the Society for Information Management (SIM) Leadership Award and the LaSalle University Information Technology Leadership Award . Mr Morgan has also been a finalist for the Computerworld Smithsonian Award. He most recently received the US Options Industry Life Time Contribution Award and was inducted into the Crowd of Fame by the Options Clearing Corporation and the Options Industry Council. His work has been featured in articles published in Computer World, Information Week, Securities Industry News and Wall Street Technology Magazine.
Mr. Morgan serves on the Board of Directors of New Life Medical Detoxification Services, Inc., and the Villanova University Computing Sciences Advisory Council. He has served on the Peirce College Board of Trustees where he was Vice Chairman. Mr. Morgan has also served on the Lourdes Health System Board of Directors, the Society for Information Management (SIM) Board of Directors, the LaSalle University Information Management Advisory Board, and Securities Industry Association (SIA) Steering Committee. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute, at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Maxima Cum Laude graduate of Peirce College in Philadelphia with a degree in computer science.
