S. David Fineman is the firm’s founder and Chair. David addresses business litigation legal needs and assists clients with legislative and governmental affairs and state and local & municipal issues. David was a member of the Board of Governors of the United States Postal Service and its Chairman from 2005 to 2007. He has served, and continues to serve, on the boards of directors of profit and not for profit organizations and continues to do so today. David was selected as a Super Lawyer for 2006-2022.

Barry Furman is Of Counsel to the firm. Barry counsels’ business clients and individuals regarding healthcare, tax, corporate, employment, real estate, trusts and estates and estate administration. He served as a judicial law clerk to a United States District Court Judge and senior trial attorney in the Chief Counsel’s Office of the Internal Revenue Service and was recognized with merit awards and accolades. In private practice, Barry’s peers rate him preeminent in competency and ethics.
