For most companies, financial reporting, analysis, and KPIs are used to indicate where they’ve been—historical data on what they can no longer influence or impact.

In today’s dynamic business environment, these companies struggle to maintain their financial health and reach their full potential. ProCFO Partner’s Co-Founder and CEO Nelson Tepfer has spent his entire career helping companies grow, scale, and thrive. His capability for transformational contribution is at the heart of his abilities as a financial officer. Having held leadership roles across organizations large and small, Nelson’s experience spans nearly a dozen industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, real estate, digital marketing, legal, and other professional services. He has served in the roles of CFO, interim CFO, COO, and consultant, working with companies of all sizes to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. Nelson earned an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance, Financial Instruments and Markets, and Accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
