The War for Talent: Human Capital continues to be the essential ingredient for success in every organization. Business leaders know that top talent has many options, and it is critical to attract experienced revenue generators, talented C-Suite leaders and highly skilled Directors to help navigate the future.
In addition to today’s challenging business climate, the pandemic has created an environment where employees are thoroughly in control and the demand for top talent is extremely competitive. The “new normal” of business will shine an even brighter light on CEOs, Boards of Directors, and leadership teams, and their ability to adapt to this challenging and rapidly evolving talent climate.
Alan J. Kaplan is the Founder and CEO of Kaplan Partners, a retained executive search and board advisory firm headquartered in Philadelphia. He has over thirty years of talent assessment and executive search experience, after an initial career in corporate banking with two leading Philadelphia institutions.
